I received end Dec a notice to fica my account, after the second time wanted to make purchase card was declned and was told because account not fica, I completed the documents with the lady and was assured that if there is any query edgars will notify me about this, a week past and when trying to purchase an item the same message was presented, I returned the the same admin lady to assist, they were unfriendly and I was told after waiting 15 minutes the document I submitted had no date on and could not be used, the next day I returned with the document to the store, and showed the date on the form to the lady, she phoned the fica department and told me to get water and light account let my husband write a letter is living at the adress on the water and light account, I was supprised of the view of the document I used in Nov to open an vodacom and could use the document that is our insurance paper for our house that is in both me and my husband name, this document was not accepted by edgars and further more I was refused to be helped when I phoned the edgars customers service, I feel that If been a client for edgars for 13 years and the whole fica process was handled poorly
