Instead of those ladies helping me and giving me the full details of what documents I needed to bring when collecting my woolies credit card, all of the avoided and passed from one lady to the other, the manager did even want help, she told the other lady she busy. And to whereby she was not, instead she stood the chatting to fellow colleagues. I've been to the store twice already and I still have received the card. These ladies don't show enthusiasm in they work. The service at woolworths menly costumer service should really improve on the kind of service they give, I am totally unhappy and I did not expect such service from woolworths
