Poor services at the till points

I'm a loyal customer of Pick 'n Pay Princess Crossing. I moved to Krugersdorp yet I still find myself driving back there because of my love of the store and it's people. However, it seems that the staff at the till points have a bad attitude toward people, more especially the black customers.

I was at the store yesterday & while waiting at the till point I pulled out my phone while waiting for the customer before me to finish. While waiting, another customer jumped me & went straight through without waiting. I told her I was in the queue, she apologised & said she didn't see me. The lady at the till told me that I was busy on my phone so that's why she didnt call me. When she did eventually help me, I was not greeted or asked for my smart shopper card. When I gave it to her, she returned it by placing it on the tray where I was busy placing the groceries. The only thing she asked was "plastic? ". At the end I was handed my slip with no "thank you" or eye contact. She was busy talking to the 3 other staff members that were standing at her till. The white customer after me was greeted with a "Hello, how are you? " The name mentioned here was the one on my slip but she was a woman.
