Customer Care/ Tobacco Counter bad manners

My wife & mother in law were waiting in the queue for the customer care / tobacco counter for about 15mins. There was 1 guy busy handling both the till & the lotto machine whilst a few ladies milled around chatting. When asked why they weren't assisting they mentioned that the till was closed. They then proceeded to talk in Zulu even though they were requested to speak English so everyone could understand what they were saying. They ignored the request and continued. When the manager was requested for they ignored that request and the lady that seemed to be the manager chatted in Zulu with those ladies, from the words said they mentioned customer & complain, and after that proceeded to not come to the counter and actually stayed away. When my wife finally got to the counter she was then told that the item couldn't be purchased from that till. I think the attitude of those ladies was disgusting considering that there was long queues and only 1 person handling, also to treat customers with such manners is appalling. My wife doesn't want to shop at that branch anymore after the treatment she has received.
