Disappointing service from digital planet

I received an SMS from fnb about two weeks ago saying my smart device has been approved and the delivery company will contact me to arrange delivery. I expected to be contacted within a day or two but this didn't happen. I eventually received an SMS on Thursday where I could update my delivery address. Today another SMS saying it will be delivered between 08:00 - 17:00. I called digital planet to ask them to please come before 16:00 as this is when I go home. I still asked the call centre agent if the delivery will be done today and she said yes. We'll no surprise by 16:00 still nothing received. At 18:30 I received an SMS saying that they have tried to deliver my device. I am so disappointed. Is it going to take another two weeks for the delivery of my device. I hope These complaints are sent to fnb as well so they can use another cop any in future.
