I would just like to express my utmost gratitude for the friendly, helpful and speedy service that was rendered to me by Sabia at Digital Planet. I ordered a Smart Device from FNB on the 18/10/2013. FNB confirmed that my order had been delivered to Digital Planet on the 23/10/2013. On the morning of 24/10/2013 Digital Planet advised that one of the products that came with the device was on back order as they had no stock. At 15H00 I was contacted to confirm the delivery address details as the order was now ready but was told that delivery was planned for the 28/10/2013. Considering FNB had told me that the order takes 10 - 15 days I didn't have a problem, but being anxious to receive my device I decided to push my luck and ask if it was possible for delivery to take place on the 25/10/2013. Sabia advised that considering it was late in the day, this might prove hard to accomplish but said that she would do her best to help me.

It is the 25/10/2013 and I will soon have my device in my hands after waiting only a week!

Thank You Digital Plant and a special thank you to Sabia for your OUTSTANDING service! I am truly grateful!
