Good day

My mom bought an phone from ellerines in Christiana

Since i gt the phone it gave troubles with the Keypad. I notified that branch and the lady said i must take it to my nearest branch (seeing that i don't live in the same town as my mom) So I did and the phone came back with more problems IE my internet and the keypad. So i let the sales lady know about it but at that time that branched as closed down and my mom could reach that lady at her home. She said they can do nothing just must sent it in AGAIN! Si said So done it came back that it has water damage (which they cant proof to me when i asked to review atlocall store) So then posted it back that Furncity can help doing the books of ellerines now.

My phone came back with the same report seeing as per previous report. What am i to do with it now? phone switches off by itself even after buying an new battery?

Sales lady said also afterwords to my mom that after the second complaint i must have gotten an new phone when i complained in the first week of receiving it. Also manager in Nelspruit branch told me vodacom do the water damage on blackberry then they don't need to issue an new one?

What can i do?
