Job number 9085770, I took my phone in for repairs at Vodacom greenstone mall on the 03/08/2013 because it was rebooting and after rebooting it will was battery low. So the lady by the name of Suane booking it in with the battery. I received an sms on 13/08/2013 that it was ready to be collected when I got there it said water damage and the guy his name is Luvuyo who helped me said blackberry does not want to fix this day they always say water damage and I informed them that I have a water proof pouch and he said it might have happened last year and it is only affecting the phone now. This is ridiculous that a person who is trained to do this job can say this. Vodacom do you train your employees to say this to customers? That was not the end the battery that was inside the plastic bag that had my phone it was not my battery Luvuyo again said there is nothing he can do cause they not liable for batteries, I asked to speak to the manager he called him he did not answer his phone and he looked at me like I tried so what now... I sat there with a shock of my life that I don't I have the right battery and there is nothing they can do to help. My phone has a water proof pouch so how can
