Was at the shop on Sunday 12 Jan 2014 and had to stand in the que where there was myself and one other customer that was in the till already for 10minutes. There was one cashier working and the rest of the stuff making small talks around the shop and the shop had about 10 or more stuff in that day. I was helped after 10mins and came home only to find the item I bough had no battery which the box stated it had in the box. I called in on Monday and spoke to a lady that told me that I can come in and get the battery.

I sent my sister today 18 Jan 2014 to pick up the battery and only to be shouted at by this Zukie person telling me that they don't work like that I have to come in with the item in the box to exchange it and given another one since she doesn't want to damage the other boxes by giving me the battery. I asked her if it's like that than that means that my item was already damaged by them since it was opened already and it had no battey that it was suppose to come with. She gave me an attitude over the phone and said yes sisi it is. Meaning @Home is selling us damaged products.
