ISSUE 1: BROKEN GLASS VASE ON COFEE TABLE AND FLOOR. STAFF WALKED PASSED IT AND DID NOTHING.
ISSUE 2: THE STORE HAD APPROX 8 STAFF ON THE FLOOR, ALL OF WHOM WERE BUSY PACKING SHELVES. NOT ONE OF THEM WERE ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS. IT WAS A SELF SERVICE DAY! THE STAFF WERE VERY UNFRIENDLY WHEN I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. YOU LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS AND POTENTIAL FOLLOW UPS DUE TO A LACK OF ACTIVE MANAGEMENT. I HAD A BED SET, COFFEE TABLE AND SOFA ON MY LIST FOR THE DAY.
EVENTUALLY, MY WIFE JUST BOUGHT 1 ITEM AND LEFT.
I WANTED TO NOTIFY THE MANAGER, BUT SHE FAILED TO COME FORWARD.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR EYE OF THE BALL.
