My family and I went out for a shopping trip to Mr Price Retail Crossing. Upon our arrival we noticed only two tills operational on the first floor, we continued to do our shopping. Most of the items we viewed had no pricing on them, we had to each time ask the floor assistant (if we could find an assistant) for pricing. Most of the staff was at the back of the store screaming and shouting at one another. We asked a price on the item and we got a priced confirmed, we also checked with the assistant that the till will be aware of the pricing at the check out till, the lady confirmed yes. Upon check out still only two tills were operational on 1st level, 2nd level three tills were operational. When we wanted to pay the cashier said they need to check the price (we checked with the floor assistant about this matter and she confirmed we will not have this problem) we were planning to spend more than R500 at your store and we left everything at the till and walked out of the store! We wasted your time and our needs was not nearly met. I suggest this store needs serious inspection, this is not the first time this has happened to us at this store. Poor service and shelves never in order!
