The visit at Mr Price Home in Sandton City turned from a highly anticipated visit to an extremely frustrating experience. We entered the store noting a couple of staff being visible on the floor, we proceeded to the curtain area where we went about our business. With the limited availability of curtain types and stock we made a decision but now required assistance as the rest of the stock was out of reach, suddenly there was no one in sight as we searched for assistance for a couple of minutes. Eventually I noted a ladder and helped myself to the out of reach stock (which I found unacceptable), we now proceeded to the coffee tables. Same story as per the curtains, decided on a coffee table with no assistance in sight - we proceeded to the tills in our hopes of acquiring assistance to the avail of an unwilling individual. The individual extremely relaxed advised us after a couple of minutes of waiting that there were no stock with an expression of you can leave now. We were not advised if the demo is for sale, thus with the lack of service and stock issues we left the curtains and walked out - 35 minutes wasted. Visited the online shop this morning with the item not being available.
