I purchased a 6 piece glass dining room table. After paying for it, Employee informed me it will take 15 minutes to assemble, after half an hour he returns to say the table has been chipped. He then proceeded to tell me argyle store has 2 tables available. I requested that he phone argyle store and request that they keep it aside for me. After another half an hour of trying to get through to the argyle store, he then says that both tables are on hold for a customer. I then proceeded to purchase another mohagany table instead. This process took another hour!! I requested to speak to the store manager and after no avail, I looked for him myself. I asked him to check on my table and he left without getting back to me. I also requested other employees at the tills to check on my table and they were so unwilling and unhelpful!! Eventually got my table, I spent 2 and half hours in the store waiting! I am extremely disappointed at the service at this store!! Shocking! I also purchased the last shoe rack on the floor, I asked an assistant to check at the back for any more. She said without actually checking there's nothing at the back, yet when I asked at the tills there we actually more!
