I went to the store to hand my tv in for repairs (a non-flat screen 54 cm TV that I bought in Oct 2011). We walked into the store and there was a group of employees standing at the door - I asked them where I need to take the TV as it needs to be repaired. The one man made a very rude commented that the tv is so old we must have bought it before 1994 and they dnt sell that rubbish here. I asked the employee to change his attitude and I asked another employee to fetch the manager, . The rude employee then picked a box up and put it on top of my tv - I pushed the box off and asked him to treat my belonhings with respect. He then told me to k off and k you. I became very upset at this point and again asked for a manager. The employee then picked his box up and nearly hit my mother through the face with the box. The manager eventually arrived and was very unprofessional - he moved us into the customer care are and they processed the broken tv. I asked him for an apology and he said he said he could not provide one as they have internal procedures but that they would get back to me. When we left the store the employee was still standing at the door laughing with his friends
