I visited your Living Space store at Canal Walk recently. I found several items which I liked for my friends house. I took my friend to the store and she loved everything I had chosen. The next day she called your store to check stock on the items. The chairs were out of stock and she was told probably not available until the end of Jan 2014. The Squares coffee table was discontinued (why do you have discontinued items on your shop floor) this is very annoying. The leather noodle rug, she was told could not be bought from the shop - she would have to go to the @home store to buy. She was told the manager would locate the rug and call her the next day. It took 3 days for them to call back and they left a message asking which rug it was, when all the details had clearly been given to the store. At no point when we were in the store did they tell us that it could not be purchased from there. Glass coffee table, out of stock. Coricraft has the same table with 2-3 day delivery. I find it unbelievable that you have this massive store full of beautiful furniture but it is so difficult to purchase. And more worrying is that your staff don't really seem interested in making a sale.
