As it is month end I found it disturbing that Mr Price Strubens Valley is outright incompetent. The staff portrays a lack of competence, no people skills, and don't pay attention to the complaints from numerous clients. Not to mention that the store itself has no air conditioning and the back of the store reeks of sewerage. To purchase a few items the pay point takes nothing less than 40 minutes in the hot and humid environment. When eventually reaching the till we were informed that the pay point has no functionality in terms of paying with a card. Maria and Purity refuse to involve the floor manager and ask colleges to act as though they are the floor manager to shield their incompetence. I insisted that the floor manager be called and the above mentioned could not follow a simple instruction to call the floor manager or any authoritative figure within the store and laugh when asked why they can't grasp the action which needed to be followed. Should Mr Price not consider retraining their staff and providing etiquette manuals?? What happened to treating customers fairly?
