While shopping the store I saw a logik cd player for R230.00. I told the salesmen I would like to purchase this item. He took the price tag off and said it is the wrong price and called Mduduzi Dlamini, who smirked and said it is the wrong price. I requested to pay the sticker price. He turned around to help another customer and laughed with him at my expense. He then walked away with the price tag. I asked for the manager and he said he is coming yet he did not inform me of this. Eventually Mr Peter Mashimbiya arrives, he didnt greet my wife or I. he said that he didnt see a price tag on there this morning and incinuated that my wife and I had changed the price. I then asked him to check the cameras, He was rude and had an attitude. He walked away, returned and said he cant honour the price because the correct price is R1300.00. I told him I want to pay what the price tag advertised and he said no and again said that there wasnt a price tag earlier on. When I asked him to check the cameras he said the store does not have and made us feel like we did something wrong. Worst service in a long time. Mduduzi even smirked when I was in the que leaving. Very upsetting eperience.
