This will now be the 9th time you swap out the 3 seater. Really?! I have lost complete faith in the Calgan brand and have been battling since October to get a set that actually works out the box. I think its time for furniture city to acknowledge the gross inconvenience and costs incurred by the client in facilitating a total of 8 swap outs to date. Take into account time taken from work to be at home all day as warehouse cannot commit to specific time or portion of day as well as endless trips to the store for feedback. You have probably spent more money carting replacements around than you made on the cash sale. Im on the verge of seeking recourse through legal means and the NCC. I expect this set to be swapped out with another similar functionality set at the cost of Furniture City. Hopefully one of a better quality. I am tired of having to dance to your tunes to get swap outs for something that should have worked from the word go. One or two swap outs would be an inconvenience but 9 is utterly disgusting.
