Sim Swap Problem!!!

Afternoon

My cell phone got, so I went to 8ta store on 21 June 2013 to do a sim swap on my 8ta prepaid number they told me they can't do a sim swap because the "change option is grayed out" she then told me it is fine I can pay my R35 for the Sim Swap and within 72 Hours it will be active it's been 3 Weeks now and still the sim card says unregistered Sim so I went to buy a new phone it was still the same error and every time when I am phoning to query what the error is they have no clue what the problem is and each time there story is changing due to this problem I've lost over four work Contracts meaning losing my income.
