No answer at the call centre

I'm trying to get through the Dial a Bed online store number, to follow up on my purchase, as I want to confirm the delivery date to which the online store has agreed.

However, the telephone is not being picked up & the message box for Lunga Nkosi is full... so I'm unable to leave a message.

On the first few attempts the phone was answered by a person called Anne - but she just put me through to Lunga where there was no answer.

I already paid for the item - but I can't follow up on the purchase?

Really hoping the delivery of the bed goes better & is on time as promised - 14 working days from the order date.
