After placing my orders i received them in good time and was very happy with their service. I did return 1 item that I could not use, they collected and confirm via email on the 31.12.2013 that they received the return and that I would be refunded within 2 working days! Needless to say it is now the 15.01.2014 and I have still not received anything from them. Unfortunately this seems to be an issue with their accounts department and not with their service department. I would like to take this further but have to find out whom would be the best to take my issue to. I hope to get in touch with an Ombudsman shortly. I hope to gain some insight into what I can do as a consumer about this. Let's see how this plays out.
