Kalahari responded to my complaint about a missing item in the package that I recently received from them. On May 3, they said that they would refund the missing item's value back to my credit card, and that it may take up to 7 working days. Well, 7 working days have now passed and I have not received my refund yet. Talk about a continuance of absolutely shocking service. Kalahari will never see a sent of my money ever again and I will tell everyone about it
