Hester has no customer relationship / care

This morning I went to Pick n Pay in Hennenman, only had great experiences there until today.

Stood at the bakery for several minutes while nobody cared about the customers waiting.

Then Hester came from the back - I greeted her and got no response. I then asked for the items I wanted and her reply was: "HUH..."

I don't even speak to my dogs like that - pathetic customer service.

PLEASE send Hester on a human relations course - she might not be so lucky if she treats other customers like this...
