RETURNED GOODS NOT REPAIRED/ REPLACED/ REFUNDED

I have been speaking to nearly every customer care consultant since 2013.12.11. It took Kalahari from then till 2014-01--3 to have the Mellerware Robot 400 Inox stick blender with attachements collected (Order nr 5513367). Then followed another lot of calls to confirm that it had been received ans that it was being tended to, to date Kalahari has not let me know that they had received the returned goods. I contacted FedEx Supaswift and the couriers forwarded me a copy of the Waybill where Kalahari had received the goods on 2014-01-06. On 2014-010-27 when I spoke to "Nerhan" she informed me that they would be crediting my Kalahari account and that she was on her way to her supervisor to obtain an authorising signature. I was to have received an email informing me the same but to date NOTHING once again. The sad part is that I had paid R289.95 for the item and that it had a 2year guarentee. Initially they said they would replace the item and now they want to credit me however the item now costs R399.99 but I will only be credit what I had paid. Is it now being credited because it costs more as they have it in stock and can be replaced? I'd want a refund and close my account.
