I have received a bluetooth music receiver as a Christmas gift, that was bought from Kalahari. After listening to it for a while I realised that the sound quality is not very good. I went to check on Kalahari's website and their description of this product promises that "you can get excellent sound quality".
I then sent an email to Kalahari asking them if it will be possible to return the product. 3 days later I received an email, telling me I should fill in the return form on their website and the product will be collected from me within 24 to 72 hours. I filled the form in on the 13th of January. After a week I sent an email, asking why my product has not been collected, but I received no response. It is now almost two weeks after I filled in the return form and I am still waiting for a response.
This is also not the first time that I have struggled to get a response from Kalahari. I have started using them less and less since this previous encounter.
