Absolute lack of service

Parcel 5667711 (R3799) / CAS-598350-NZVKGL
Order placed for camera 07/01/2013 and received the following day. 12/01 requested return of item (not satisfied with product functionality). Refund guidelines for return of this type of item not noted? Item collected from me before 19/01 (ALL IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with no damage). PARTIAL refund received ONLY 16/02 (almost a month later).

According to their "Refund policy guidlines" they applied the following (not even relevant)
Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: Refund the item price less the greater of R55 or 20% of the item price.

20% was deducted of the item price I paid. The item was NOT returned more than 30days after delivery - it was done within a week?

Refund amount queried since 16/02/2013 - it's 8/03/2013 still with no answer why they deducted this amount after numerous e-mails sent to them.

If I bought this at a normal shop, I would've had no problems at all, I would have received a full refund weeks ago if I returned the item - what is the point then to buy through Kalahari???
