I ordered a tv series and the last disc was faulty/incorrect. I requested a return from Kalahari and was told the courier would collect within 2/3 days. 2 weeks later I called them to say the series was still to be collected. 2 days later the courier company collected. I received an email to say they had received my return and it would take up to 5 days to process. 2 weeks later it is still being processed. I called on Thursday morning (17th Oct) and was told it would be processed within 48 hours. I called again today (Monday 21st) and was now told it will take from 2 to 7 working days for refund to be processed. How can I be waiting a month for a simple refund.
I have ordered numerous movies from Kalahari and have never had issues but this is utterly ridiculous.
