No vouchers received

On the 14 November 2013 I received a sms from Foshini which promised that I will receive vouchers to the value of R800 when opening a new account. On the 18th I went to enquire, I was told that I would receive the vouchers when I open the account. I returned the next day 19 November 2013 and opened the account, I was then told after purchasing that I have to SMS my ID number to 42909 before I could get the vouchers. I immediately did so in store several times, not receiving any vouchers. I asked Joyce the shop assistant to SMS with me. We send 2 sms's, I left without the vouchers. I returned today 15 January 2014 spend 20 minutes in the store with the parking meter running, I left with no vouchers or an explanation as to why I didn't receive the vouchers.
I would appreciate if someone from their head office could call me back and explain to me why.
