I purchased 4 vouchers on the 25 Jan and paid for them the sameday. But until today I have not received my vouchers. I have send numerous emails, but still no response I even called twice and spoke to Natasha and another lady, whom both promised me that they are sending my proof of payment to the finance department and that I will receive my voucher within 48 hours, But am still waiting for my vouchers.
I want my vouchers by today or I want my money back!!!
