I ordered online and they took a long to respond

I ordered on the 5 January 2014 an item, I made my payment and payment was acknowledged. On 14 January I phoned to find out what was happening only to be told they have no stock. I asked if it can be swapped for another order that I placed afterwards and I'm still waiting for feed back as I want to transfer the money that I have already paid to another order but they do not provide feedback. The 2 orders in question areOrder #100007186 and the reference number of the one I still have to pay for is CUMXABZHRT I was promised that they would phone me back. This is bad service!
