I received an sms from Foschini about 6monthsago saying that i qualify to open an account with them and if i do i will get R500.00 vouchers. i have to date not received theses vouchers. i went into the CHATSWORTH, PINETOWN, and PAVILLION branches and asked then to help and all they can say is sms my ID number to 42909. i explained to those managers that i have smsd numerous times with no luck. they always took my phone number down and said they will call customer care and get back to me. its 3 months later and no one called me.
Last week i went into Foschini Chatsworth and spoke to a female manager who said she will get one of the staff to call customer care. and she walked away, i was in the store for abt 30 minutes with no feedback. Its is such pathetic service from the FOSCHINI Group. BUT IF ONE MONTH WE SHORT PAY THEN 10 AGENTS WILL PHONE YOU. WHERE IS THE MORALS
Y DO URL TO GET PEOPLE TO OPEN ACCOUNTS. I HAVE MADE SO MANY PURCHASES ON MY ACCOUNT AND STILL NO VOUCHERS. WHAT DO I DO TO GET THE VOUCHERS.
HOPE THIS CAN GET SOMEONES ATTENTION BECAUSE CLEARLY THE STAFF AT FOSCHINI HAS A DONT CARE ATTITUDE. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICES???
