I have a trail of emails to Kalahari. I ordered two vouchers in October. One for R300 and the other for R500. It is now November and STILL no delivery of the vouchers to the birthday recipients!!! I am so embarrassed to say the least. I get no refund and no one comes back to me to tell me if the vouchers were linked or not. I have sent mail after mail and I either hear nothing from Kalahari - or alternatively - nothing is done to deliver the vouchers or give me a refund! The latest was a mail to Sulaiman Johnson who tells me I need to please ask the birthday recipients to REGISTER with Kalahari before the vouchers can be linked. Embarrassingly I ask the recipients to do this and I provided Kalahari with the details of the vouchers AGAIN. It is now the end of November, two months later - still no vouchers, still no refund - still NO NOTHING!
