I recently bought 2 Groupon vouchers and, even though this deal closed in December 2012, I still have not received the vouchers. I did receive an email from Groupon stating that I had successfully bought the two vouchers immediately after the deal was made.
I subsequently sent Groupon two emails to enquire about the vouchers, but I have received no reply.
The service I am now receiving from Groupon is a terrible disappointment, as I've bought a number of vouchers in the past, and I've received outstanding service.
