Bad customer service from Edgars Kollonade

Today after 4 times being to Edgars Kollonade to FICA I had it. I presented my FICA papers to Francina. The first 2 times nothing happened with this FICA papers nobody could find them. On 1May 2013 I again did the FICA with Francina, I gave her a copy of my Woolworths account she accepted it with no problem. The begining of July I went back to Edgars to enquire why my account is still blocked. I spoke to another lady and she helped me. We looked for my FICA copy that was done on 1 May and could not find it in the box for May. We went to Jun, Jul and Apr we did not find anything then we looked through the March box and found the documents there. The other lady told me that they can not accept the Woolworths account. Why did Francine not told me that when I handed it in in May why did I have to go back 3 months later to hear that. I again back today 4 Aug to FICA again. My landlady wrote a letter with a copy of a water and lights account, the same letter that was accepted by my bank (but not by Edgars) I then said to Francine I am finish with Edgars and bend my card. Two of my friend that also have accounts with Edgars never had to Fica with Edgars and they are still buying there
