I purchased 2 e-books during the holiday. I initially had some difficulty downloading and registering the new software used by Kalahari for their e-books (Adobe Digital Editions). I was able to download the second book with no problems, but due to my struggles something went wrong with the first book and I cannot download it, I keep getting an error message. I lodged a complaint on 6 January 2014, a second one on 12 January 2014 and was finally phoned this morning (13 January 2014.). Debbie told me to check troubleshooting, contact Adobe directly and basically sort it out myself. I asked her to please remove the book, reload it on my account and I will be able to download it with no further problems. I was informed that it was not that easy and they cannot help me. So, I purchased a book and I cannot download and read it. Excellent service!
