Worst e-book experience eve

I am very disappointed in the e-book download service from Kalahari.
After buying the Gobii e-reader a while ago I decided to download some e-books.
After I successfully purchased the e-books, I found that I could not download them as the kalahari e-reader program kept on giving me an error message "There was a problem downloading the file, click 'Retry' to try and download it again now, or click 'Cancel' and you can try download it later."
I tried to contact the Customer centre, which I found was not open on Sundays (which in my opinion is unacceptable for a big retailers such as Kalahari).
Furthermore, there is no online FAQ or any help resource on the Kalahari website to assist (also unacceptable).
Then after contacting the customer service the following week (both via e-mail and telephone) I was given allot of useless information and did not received any follow-up on the telephone call as promised.
A week later I am still not able to download my e-books, although Kalahari already has their money.
This is some of the worst client service I have ever received and will definitely not be recommending Kalahari to anyone looking to buy e-books.
