I am very upset with Edcon I posted a complain on the 18/12/2013 till today I have no feedback. I was called by Mokoni responding to my complain on the 19/12/2013 and he told me their accounts department will call me till today, so far i have recieved nothing but poor service delivery and Im still waiting. what kind of customer service is Edcon offering their customers I dont know but I hope some who knows their job and how to resolve or follow up on a complains will call me back and solve this dispute. please
