DISAPPOINTED IN EDCON

I am very angry with the service i have received from edcon. I have previously put up a few complaints about and item i was priced on and put in an order for. Later to find out that the price i was given was a mistake. But whos mistake?.I asked them to pull the call so that it could be heard what was really said as edcon now began to make it like i was the one that was wrong. Only to find out that edcon apparently changed systems and all the previous calls including mine was lost... very convenient huh!!!

It was said by EDCON that they would contact me with feedback but everyday i have to phone in to obtain this feedback, using my own airtime and my time.

Management has informed me during one of my calls that they were going to sort out the dispute but up until today a month later from the original date that i placed the order for the item i wanted is it not sorted.

Edcon should not reply on this site saying they going to do this and that when very little gets done.

I am so dissapointed and dissatisfied with the service i have received. If this matter is not resolved within this week i will have no choice but to place complaints in the local media regarding this matte
