Edcon

I received my statement in November and realised that there was was airtime being billed to my account which I never requested, I called Edcon customer service who referred me to the OTA department (airtime dept) and they told me they have logged it with the deapartment and they will call me in 48 hours which they never did so I had to call them back to hear that it's been referred to the Edcon department and its going to take 6 weeks, that was in November 2012 I called and still no feedback so called them again today and still nothing. To top it all up I received my statement today and now there is an mtn airtime subscription (contract) which I never applied for so called Edcon and they referred me to another department same story 48 hours. Called the Edcon department to find out the feedback and they told they have not received such disputes and that I should have filled in the disputes form for them to investigate and I am only finding this out two months later as far as I'm concerned I have never received such bad service in my life and Edcon sux for putting their clients through this, I have spent my time and money trying to get this sorted.
