I am very upset with their service. This is the most embarrassing service I ever received from a company. On Friday 4 October 2013 (? 17:30) a man from the National Security Corporation contacted me regarding my accounts. Once again I made an arrangement to pay R600 until December 2013. He said to me this arrangement is till Dec 2013!!! Now I keep on receiving threatening sms'es that I'm blacklisted, and receive 8 - 10 calls per day. Why must I keep on making arrangements after explaining what my situation is. I'm not allowed to receive any phone calls at the office. Is there no one who can put this arrangement on system. I contacted the NCR and will get feedback today 10 Oct 2013. All my calls are recorded on my side and requested the NCR to help me with the service. Several emails were sent to EDCON explaining my problem without receiving any response from EDCON - Accounts Dept. I even sent another email this morning to the email [Email Removed] No reply or response from that Dept. Once again another sms received. Why cant EDCON stop threatening and harassing me? The people are even phoning me after 21:00.
