3rd complain in 2 months and no customer service. I was called by Hlengiwe who clearly didnt know why shes calling me regarding the 25% discount edcon has promised me. every one who calls back keeps saying they will send it for invistigation and now I am called by this number everday 0114911114 and when i answer they disconnect. this is the same number that called me back 3 days after my 2nd complain and told me they are from collections, I told him I am not paying anything and he must read his notes on the sytem and see why. i demand a trained consultant with a problem solving skills will call me and sort out this poor service. I already explained to 4 people but till today no respond
