I really dont understant how long does the claim take to be processed. This people actually think we are stupit or something.
Firstly we went to kempton park for the documents to be send for a claim and nothing happened after that.(08-10-2013)
Then i phoned and emailed only to find out that"the last page was not cleer but why didnt they phone so that we can send them again (28-10-2013)
Heidi Heuvel replied on the 04-11-2013 to say that i must email eveything to him or her which i did.
On the 02-12-2013 i asked if how long does it take to process a claim as i havent heard anything or see any movement in my mothers account since
I have been forwading the same question since until on the 05-12-2013 when Bongiwe Guzana said R 2500.00 was paid on the 08-11-2013.
The is nothing like that in m others account so what i need is the proof of payment to proof.
I dont understand the incompetency of this people, they have the bank account of my mother but still about paying the claim.
And this is not a c ell phone claim its a funeral claim so we asre expecting R 2500.00 but R 10 000 according to the information i got from the internet.
