Last year I have taken over my mother's account where she couldn't pay the account anymore. I phoned Edcon explaining to them that I will be taking over the account payment and will make an x amount payment per month, explaining to them that I'm a single mother and can only afford so much This was not a problem and the amount that I paid was a little less than the installments due. I've paid every month making sure that i never miss a payment. just to here today that they have given her up to the credit beraux as a slow payer. i phoned them to try and find out why??? they said that i have to pay the full amount every month. why is it that? if i didnt make a payment it would be a whole different story??
