I could not make a purchase on your CNA online store as the validation questions were incorrect. This after I had spoken to a consultant of EDCON last week updating my details. My employer (pervious) was wrong, the cell number had an incorrect digit on the end and after numerous attempts the account is now blocked and I cannot make a payment or get the goods I wanted. I understand the online security measures but it does nothing if YOUR details are wrong! Pathetic!
