I pay my Edgards account every month. I have requested Statements on numerous occasions, I was not receive statements as per request - therefore never knew what monthly payments are, therefore i would Guess amounts on a monthly basic putting an average of R400 - R500 a month into this account. Take note paid every single month before the end of the month. The call centre would call me and tell me i have short paid R20 or R50 - min amount - highly irritating... i would then be very polite and say, no problem what do i owe i will make payment by end of the month. Which i did - "please note still not receiving statements" due to this my account is on about R700 a month which i said i can't pay but will pay R550 - at the end of the month. I have now been loaded at the credit bureau as a slow payer, take note i pay monthly never late just not always correct amount DUE TO NOT RECEIVING STATEMENTS. I AM sick of Edgars - and i know there are plenty of people who don't pay their accounts but i must be harassed on Sundays for R20 rand and then get loaded as slow payer. Never have this with TRUWORTH OR MR PRICE ACCOUNT. This is bull SORT IT OUT. Or taking this further. HATE EDGARS
