Poor Attitude

About 2 weeks ago I returned an unwanted gift to Game @ The Pavilion. Greatly appreciated Game Pavilion Giving me a Voucher but not explaining to me the T/C. Was told I could cash the voucher at the till point or shop at any other branch.
I go tonight to the Gateway Branch to make some purchases and get the refund for the balance only to be told the voucher can not be redeemed as cash. The full voucher has to be spent as per store manager Kevin Singaram. I explain to him what the consultant at Pavilion advised me and he had a don't care attitude. He also said he will not cash the voucher which went to clarify with him if it is his decision or company policy he also mention the voucher can only me cashed after 6 months. What utter rubbish!!! I have to wait for 6 months to get a refund of R5000 which Kevin told me it's behind the voucher And asked him to show me. I did tell him that this incident will be reported as the information he had given is incorrect. His works "Don't threaten me" he is here don't his Job. What Job!!! Bad attitude.
