Is there a complaints department at RCS? I have opened an account at Game and was told that I would get R400 worth of discount voucher. R250 instore and R150 with my first statement. I received one statement saying that I owe R35 for a replacement card. No voucher. I received a second statement in the week no voucher. I need to buy an appliance before 27 Aug and they will only send my R150 discount end Sept. No one can help me. I asked that they arrange with the credit desk at Game or email me the voucher but no help from them. Looks like I will need to take my business somewhere else. Is there anything I can do to get the voucher before 27 August?
