Unacceptable No Refund Policy

There is no sign that says no cash refund at the Pavilion Branch nor does the cashier inform you of their No refund policy, you are only made aware of this once you've made the purchase and it is printed on the till slip, this then defeats the purpose. I purchased a bag at the Durban pavilion shop on the 22nd December 2013, about 30min later found something better elsewhere. But was shocked to find that the store does not accept cash returns, was then issued with a voucher, thus cheating me of my hard earned money and forcing the sale to Superga still. Dissapointed customer who's family used to love their takkies, from our 6year old, nephews to elders.
