I received a R250 voucher from Edgars and the only way to redeem the voucher was that I was suppose to spend R1000 before the 24th December 2013 then I get R250 off from that R1000.I went to shop and when I got to the till I was told the voucher doesn't apply cause some of the clothes I bought were on a 20% sale. I read the terms and conditions of this voucher and there is no place were it states that if you buy Items on sale this Voucher won't be valid it only sates that it can't be redeemed for cash, which brings me to my complain that Edgar's falsely advertised and pretended to give me a voucher that couldn't be redeem.
I think Edgar's is a big brand to miss such a small thing. I have the voucher still and would appreciate if someone can attend to this false advertising Edgar's did.
