Bad Customer Service

I went to Woolworths at the Airport to buy bread, while I was standing in front of the queue Frans Mashigo the cashier called me for payment and as I approached his till a guy who was not in the queue asked him for small change, Instead of assisting me he was busy talking to the guy who was not even in the Que's and did not even acknowledge that I was standing in front of him waiting to pay. I waited for them and as he turned to assist me I was expecting him to apologise for his behaviour but then he took my item and scanned it, never greeted me or even apologise for his behaviour. I asked him about his bad customer service and all I could get was that he did scan my items so what do I want? I asked for his manager and still he did not apologise. I am deeply hurt by this kind of behaviour as I was on my 45 min break meaning my time was waisted.
